Helpful Information for Trade Customers

To qualify for trade prices there are minimum order quantities for our machine-made twisted ropes and our braided ropes. We can sell smaller quantities rope, but not at trade price.  These are available on our retail store www.landofropeandglory.co.uk.  If there is anything specific you are looking for and you can’t find it on our retail store please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.

 

Machine-Made twisted rope MOQ

For our machine-made twisted ropes, there is a minimum order quantity of 3x 220m coils per variant. This means these three coils must be same yarn type, colour and rope diameter.  We are not able to offer a ‘pick and mix’ service on this.

 

Braided rope MOQ

For our braided ropes there is a sliding scale for minimum order quantities, dependant on braid thickness:

 

<4mm braid, MOQ of 1000m

5mm-8mm braid, MOQ 500m

8mm+ braid, MOQ 100m

 

To assist you in calculating your quantities and lengths in accordance with our MOQ,  we have produced a table showing maximum lengths that fit on cardboard tubes, cardboard reels and wooden reels as per braid size.  This table can be viewed by clicking on the ‘helpful information’ tab in the trade customer portal.  Please contact us if you would like a PDF version.

 

This policy will be regularly reviewed, and Kefi Ropemakers reserves the right to make amendments to our minimum order quantities.  Any changes will be made clear on the portal, and we will endeavour to communicate these changes with our trade customers.
